Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I regularly use BrowserStack to proper unit test my code on mobile devices and to use screen reader on desktop mode.
there are some scenarios where a certain webpage perform a little different in different devices here BrowserStack makes a developer life to validate all these scenarios super easy.

- screen reader capabilities
- vast types of devices present in the console
Cons
- the initialisation of devices sometimes takes time
- we need different options for screen readers
- old devices options are relatively less
- team collaboration
- different devices to test
- greta UI
- law suites were avoided because the websites were tested through wcag guidelines (feature present in BrowserStack to check for screen reader)
- instead of buying different devices we actually virtually tested on real devices

Initially we were having trouble to test our code in real times devices because of the lack of multiple devices and it was very time consuming and hectic and not easy to manage as well.
since most of the developer uses macbook so for testing on windows was kinda tricky as the screen reader of windos doesnt support well in mac
