BrowserStack is used as platform as service in org.
It addresses problem related to virtual as well as real devices usage for different purposes, mainly testing.
Scope of my use case was related to multi browser testing i.e. Chrome, Mozilla, Edge & Safari. Also Mobile devices with different android versions and different screen sizes like mobile, tablets etc

We tried many options for devices like AWS DeviceFarm but the cost was too high. Plus the interface was not as simple what BrowserStack gives. Different method of using build is very good option by BrowserStack.
You get steps option where you select build from, device and then run based on your testing scenario. This makes very handy and easy to use software experience.

Live: We utilised different browsers by running websites with required data. Also manually websites vere verified.
App Live: We used different Android & ios versions and installed ios app by testflight and tested it with different scenarios.
