Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
BrowserStack handles all of our automated testing. We also use Percy for the visual regression testing as well. We have automated tests at every step of our deployment, in acceptance, staging and production. This has really cut down on the amount of time we need to verify our application in different lifecycles
Pros

Cons
- At times, the test suite fails in BrowserStack, but is fine when run on its own. There is some flakiness in it
- The AI in the visual regression is not reliable enough to be useful
- Being able to run our feature tests in our pipeline

- I do use BrowserStack live to test different IP locations from time to time
- Newly introduced bugs that enter production is near zero because of BrowserStack
- During deployment, testing has been reduced from 30-45 minutes per lifecycle to just a few minutes of manual testing
We didn't have automated testing prior to BrowserStack, so there were a lot of challenges maintaining a regression test plan, executing tests in a timely manner, and having full test coverage. The visual testing was also not there, so we could never be sure if our UI had unintentional changes.

pcloudy didn't have nearly the capabilities that BrowserStack has, so it wasn't a hard decision when we went with BrowserStack. The Percy visual regression if such a great feature to have included with the full testing suite.
