Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We were using BrowserStack mainly for testing the website that we built. Mainly for the purpose of responsiveness testing. BrowserStack made the process of testing the website very simple and easy. We can also take screenshots of bugs that we encountered and it made testing quick and easy for our team. We tested it on multiple browsers as well as tested the site on mobile devices and it was so easy.

Cons
- Loading some of the mobile devices is a bit slow
- Mobile device response is a bit slower as compare to the desktop devices
- It's good and easy to understand, so currently I don't think of any other missing functionalities

- BrowserStack definitely made positive impact because of its simplistic testing methods

The main challenge that we face prior to using BrowserStack were mainly focus on testing of the website. We need to get multiple devices and first deploy our application and then test it on the multiple devices i.e. the mobile and desktop devices and many of us won't had mac devices but with BrowserStack, we got access to all the devices in one place and we were even able to test it locally.

BrowserStack is easy to use compared to LambdaTest. I find its simplistic UI layout with multiple device separation quite helpful and easy to understand. The ability to direct add screenshot and edit it for bugs is quite helpful too. Having access to all the devices at one place is the main feature that I like about BrowserStack.
