Test apps and websites on real devices in realtime

We had problems testing out the applications developed before deployment but with BrowserStack, we do not have that issue anymore as out team can test in realtime. We rely on it for cross browser and cross device testing. This reduced our maintenance cost and also support legacy environments which help us mitigate the issue faced by users using older devices.

It was difficult to simulate the issues faced by the customers at our end as every customer use different devices and environments and even legacy devices. We lacked exact environments. We had to buy devices constantly and old devices were hard to find. The testing was also inconsistent as everyone in team tested on their different devices
