Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We have been using BrowserStack for almost a year now, and it has been great so far. We primarily use BrowserStack to automatically test and check our website login. The entire automation process contains very little to no coding, which is very helpful for me. Complex workflows can be created with ease for webpage automation, which helps us test out our landing pages in a much more effective manner.
Pros
- The low code automation worfklow generator saves lot of time for us
- Even UI changes can be tested automatically with minimal changes to the workflow
- Drag and drop functionalities while creating testing platforms is very good and makes our work more efficient
Cons
- The AI Driven self healing functionality sometimes feels lagging and can be made more smoother
- Integration with more third party applications needs to be introduced
- I feel the number of help documents that are available are very less as it takes more time to get accustomed to the platform
- I specifically like the video recording module of BrowserStack
- The visual validation feature for automation and testing is really awesome
- The no-code workflow generator is very much seamless and helpful
- We have seen an increase of 27% in our overall conversions with the seamless testing that we do with BrowserStack
- We have been to save upto 20% of our time with the AI capabilities available with this platform
- Our overall working efficiency has also improved thanks to BrowserStack
One of the main challenges that we faced before using BrowserStack was that we were unsure about the effectiveness and functionality of our landing pages.
