Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We are running a daily pipeline job for Automation on the mobile BS devices. And sometimes we face a timeout issue during the suite run.
Pros
- BrowserStack provides access to many different browsers for testing.
- BrowserStack provides access to many different mobile devices for mobile automation testing.
Cons
- Not seen any major issue in BS mobile automation.
- I haven't seen AI in BrowserStack, which suggests the product needs improvement in this area. Accessibility testing is an area of concern that requires improvement.
- Mobile Automation.
- By replacing physical device labs, companies save on hardware purchasing, maintenance, and storage.
Organizations reported performance issues and latency during live testing due to internet variability, concerns about subscription costs for small teams, and occasional slow, glitchy behavior that required restarts or workarounds before using BrowserStack.
- App Automate
App Automate helps you automate the app, maintaining the dashboard & device log execution.
BrowserStack is often favored for its broader device coverage, ease of use, and strong local testing, while Sauce Labs shines with deeper analytics (video, network capture), AI-driven features, and robust performance for large-scale automation, especially for mobile/desktop apps and complex scenarios, though Sauce Labs might be pricier for high concurrency.
