Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM
Our onboarding and recruiting teams utilize Bullhorn ATS & CRM to keep track of our candidates, employees, projects, and placements. All communications with an employee are housed in the candidate's Bullhorn profile, as well as all contact information, relevant files, and corresponding submissions and placements for projects. Client information for projects and headcounts to fill are housed in their respective Bullhorn profile.
- Easy to read format
- Integration with email and Zendesk
- Easy search function
- Separate onboarding layout (isolated space to enter onboarding progress notes in ticket format).
- More built out home page. To a new user it looks like it hasn't fully loaded.
- I wish the recent pages on the left side menu saved more pages before deleting them. While onboarding multiple people it helps to have multiple pages loaded on the menu.
- Streamlined recruiting processes
- Streamlined communication between recruiting, onboarding, and candidates via email templates.
