Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

We use Calendly at my organization for scheduling at our podcast studio as well as for a volunteer/entrepreneur matchmaking service that we operate. Calendly was chosen as a solution because it is easy to use and saves a lot of time/energy/hassle by allowing people to instantly book instead of emailing back-and-forth, which had become a challenge as we tried to connect more and more people.

Calendly is a great solution for anyone who keeps their calendar up to date and wants to let people quickly/easily schedule time with them. It's also super useful for teams where there is a lot of either external meeting scheduling or scheduling with 1 external person meeting with large groups of people at an org where one shared calendar makes things easier. On the other hand, if you do not keep your calendar up to date, you'll quickly find Calendly conflicts popping up on your schedule, and it could be a hassle to have to constantly edit/reschedule!
