Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

I use Calendly to book meetings quickly and conveniently at the convenience of others. Back-and-forth meeting availability wastes time, but Calendly lets me easily access my calendar so others can book what works best for them.
  • Convenience
  • Ease of use.
  • Custom meeting types.
  • The one-off meeting type needs a better release/reset feature when meetings aren’t booked.
  • Efficiency of time (no back and forth on days/times that work).
  • Ease of use for non Calendly users.
I haven’t explored many other options, but I am a sold-out believer in this product and have used it at multiple organizations.

I think it’s best used if you are booking meetings outside internal orgs. Usually, internal organization calendars are already synced, but for someone with a lot of client meetings, it works great!
