Overall Satisfaction with CallRail
Our company utilizes CallRail for various uses. We contact leads in many different markets and CallRail allows us to have local numbers for each market. Being able to text and call from these local numbers definitely assists us with higher response rates. CallRail is also essential in our ability to track the call volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

CallRail seemed to have an easier setup and ease of use for onboarding new staff as well. The overall tracking structure and analytics seemed better with CallRail. CallRail also allows you to understand the call history and understand if this was a first touch or multiple touches which I do not believe was an option with CallTrackingMetrics.
