Overall Satisfaction with Camtasia
My organization currently uses Camtasia for screen captures videos. We also use it to match background music to other videos that we have recorded elsewhere. Camtasia is the go-to tool for members of my organization who do not have extensive video editing experience because it is easy for them to use.

Adobe offers you a lot more tools and control over what you are doing when editing a video, but there tends to be a lot of features you never use and get overly complicated. Camtasia offers the basic tools that you need to get almost any job done if perfection is not required.
