Overall Satisfaction with Camtasia
Camtasia is used by both our marketing department and our operations department. Our marketing department uses it to make short promotional clips--usually all digital clips. The operations department uses this to create customer training videos. These videos allow proactive customers the opportunity to get rolling with their set-up before our first call.
