Overall Satisfaction with Canto
We use Canto/Flight on a daily basis across multiple departments. It helps us archive and keep current on social media, and digital platforms. Helps us cycle photos and video that are current to all of our enterprises and to media if needed. It has helped our organization stay current with employees and products.
- Watermark photos: helps to determine use and domain.
- Face recognition: If a photo has not been tagged in the meta data correctly it can help search an individual out.
- Meta Data: Granted this is only as good as they people putting it in but tags and names are a great tool to help you search through a large pool of photos, videos and documents.
- Folders: helps keep us organized.
- Facial Recognition: other platforms have figured it out a bit better, some photos of profile or not complete head and shoulders it still struggles to recognize an individual.
- Organized our assets.
- Created a large shared library so we don't have to have multiple resources or spaces.
I have just taken a look at Bynder and their products but Canto seems to be just as well versed.
