Overall Satisfaction with Canto

At this time, Canto is being used by my organization for two departments. It primarily addresses an organizational problem. We wanted a place for employees to easily download our collateral. Previously, we have multiple folders and people were using outdated marketing material. We now know everyone is downloading and getting the most up to date things. We all use it for internal purposes such as keeping training videos.
  • Great interface.
  • Easy to download material.
  • Easy to upload updated collateral.
  • I find myself having trouble using the search tool.
  • I wish I could organize into subfolders.
  • Less time waiting for marketing to get back with a piece of collateral (less wait time for clients who may walk away).
I haven't used other products like Canto.
They have excellent support. Response time is excellent and they were patient with us when trying to decide if it was something we would move forward using. Their support staff is also knowledgeable and understand.

Canto is well suited for salespeople. They tend to be unorganized and resistant to learning new platforms. Canto was easy to implement and it continues to be a great asset to our team. A scenario where it may be less appropriate is when you have multiple editors/designers. There isn't a way to track changes in Canto, which would be a great bonus feature.
