Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Before Canto we housed all of our visual content (photos, videos, etc.) on a server that was slow to load previews and made it difficult to access. Canto has made our content browsing both faster and more enjoyable. We are now able to have wider internal use of our assets and a significantly easier time searching, previewing, and downloading. The ability to also provide links to outside groups as well as the many other tagging and keyword features are improving our processes.

I was not part of the overall team that filtered Canto against other options but I am an active user on the platform for image search and usability. I am very satisfied with how Canto has worked for our team so far, but cannot say how it stacks up against other products as that was not part of my role in our implementation of Canto.
I have had limited contact with the support team on Canto but in my limited interactions they have been helpful, conversational, and willing to provide details and answers to help and support problems our team encountered and questions we had. They helped us with getting the platform off the ground and provided initial training.
Easy and a great improvement compared to our old internal asset management system! It is very simple and easy to grasp in terms of search, navigation, structuring, favoriting, etc. I don't have any complaints so far and the ease of the system has directly benefited my day to day workflow.
