Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto DAM has allowed us to support remote workers at an entirely new level. COVID has caused us to evaluate our IT roadmap and local storage is simply no longer an option. Their custom Adobe plugin allows our users quick access to assets at their remote locations.

Canto has created their own Adobe plugin while Widen utilizes a third party vendor. The Canto plugin is much more reliable and Canto is extremely responsive on issues and suggestions whereas Widen has to rely on a vendor.
Canto support is always very responsive and solve the issue without multiple touches.
Very clean and friendly UX.
