The entire marketing team was disappointed with the implementation training, the trainer was very hard to follow along with. The support we are currently receiving from our account manager has been slow and inconsistent. It would be nice if they could follow up monthly and provide more support considering how expensive this service is.
I have not used other products like Canto.
