Overall Satisfaction with Canva

We use Canva occasionally for a quick social media post. We also recommend it to our clients that don't have the in house graphic design capabilities that we do. We create templates for users so they can have a consistent look and feel for their brand while making it easy to enter an image and save it out.
  • Nice images free and for purchase.
  • Easy to use.
  • It makes you look very professional.
  • I would say adding video but have recently discovered that I can do this.
  • It would be nice if I could manage a user account under my account, so I could log in one time, but switch over to access client's accounts if needed.
  • It's been an excellent tool for us to recommend to clients for ease of use so they can make some supplemental posts on social media, while still staying within their brand guidelines as we like to create templates for them to use.
I have not used another platform for this. I use it in conjunction with Hootsuite, but that is very different. I'm happy with Canva and how we have used it within our company and also how our clients have used it. I think it provides extra value to our clients who want to do it themselves and empowers them to be able to tackle some smaller projects of supplement things we are doing for them.
I gave a ? because I have never needed to use the Canva support, so I am not able to answer this question. Things have been very straightforward on the platform, and they're just have not been an instance I couldn't figure things out quickly. I have searched for an answer before on Google and have found a quick fix for what I needed.

Canva is very well suited for making great social media posts that stay on Brand, and it's very user-friendly. It's easy to size photos for different platforms like Facebook, Instagram. You can also easily use stories. It makes adding text elements very easy, with many choices for styles as well.
