Overall Satisfaction with Canva

I use Canva for University communications for various events and course advertisements. I also use it to create shared social media materials for an online journal. The ease in design and color selection with the built-in extras for the Brand Kit with logos and color palettes as well as the premium stock make the workflow fluid and intuitive. There's a good variety of beautiful and adjustable templates to start with and work from for inspiration.

Pros

  • Simple organization via folders for multiple projects

Cons

  • The Content Planner is a great addition, though it would be great to have the ability for connecting Canva to more than one Facebook email login since I manage multiple pages and businesses.
  • Ability to revisit and redux previous designs and see them all in one place
  • Having a good dashboard and brand overview
  • Canva has been an invaluable tool for marketing events and fundraising with the creation of eye-catching graphics and text.

Canva is great for flyer design, email campaign components, and social media content creation. It is easy to resize images and text, even entire designs to fit the intended media. Even seasoned design professionals using the Adobe CC Suite may find the simplicity and scalability a nice change to a more stripped-down design panel.
