Overall Satisfaction with Capsule CRM
As per my experience, I like Capsule CRM because it has good chat integration and document storage. But as I have discussed, it needs some advancements in dashboard and GUI. Overall it is a good application for CRM. I use this tool for segmentation and territory management. It is available for all devices except for mobile devices. They provide customer support all the time to their users. They provide training through live training, in-person training, and live documentation.

- This application does not have a good dashboard and GUI.
- It also does not have all the options for customized reports and it lacks many features and sometimes does not provide good customer support.
- Capsule CRM software not only interprets with resource planning but maintains the customer relationship at its peak.
- This software is altogether a big package to promote and control the business movements on a high scale
- This application tends to work with all versions but, there is no plan to cop up with the R13 version so, the latest version should have all effects to compensate for the business dealings.
Capsule CRM is an excellent application to compensate for the latest business technologies in one solution as compare to other Oracle CRM. There is nothing as good as this application in forming a solid framework for business promotions. The communication with clients is awesome and we can interpret with all dealings at a single click. Our company has an amazing application to hold all the control on workflow with solid planning so, we don’t need anything more in adding our system to operate the ideas and for service management. It can manage the details with a powerful security system.
