Overall Satisfaction with CareerBuilder.com

CareerBuilder.com is used to attract new candidates to the organization for us to hire to vacant positions. This is used outside of our typical HRIS to capture other candidates. Typically this is the best for our rotating positions that tend to have a lot of vacancy. We typically need this application to always be on the backend pulling in new applicants.

CareerBuilder.com is average in terms of overall usability. I am able to post my positions and figure the site out. However, finding out how many additional options you are is not something easily accessible. If you don't know where to look, you may not be able to find or know how many "boosts" you have to use for the month.
I do not think that CareerBuilder.com is a very good job posting site. It does not provide you with quality applicants like some other products I have used. Not only does it provide a low number of candidates, the ones we do get to tend to be repeat applicants or are not qualified at all.

CareerBuilder.com is better suited for positions that have a rotating door of employees. These are the positions that you are constantly hiring for such as a CNA. CareerBuilder.com is less suited for hard to fill specialized roles. You tend to get more hits on people who are unqualified, than someone of actual interest.
