Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
Catchpoint is a very powerful tool, it has a lot of features and capabilities for monitoring. one of the things we can suggest for improvement is to keep the new UI features to retain some of the features it has in the old legacy UI. overall, it is a good tool, and it should keep open for upgrades and improvements and do keep up the good work

- API monitoring
- improvement on the new UI
- provide more user training
- it has helped the outage detection especially black friday sales
it took me some time to learn to code it as not coming from a very programming background but after that, it's not that difficult
Gomez was a tool I used some time ago but its very similar to Catchpoint but maybe [fewer] features
