I have used all avenues when contacting and submitting issues. They are quick to respond and resolve issues that I have brought up. Whether the issue is application or user. They have consistently provided solution[s] to issues have encountered.
It was extremely easy to set up the product for basic monitoring needs. The scripting and tools proved to verify scripts are straightforward using a common language. It took me less than 4 hours to get it up and running collecting basic performance and uptime metrics.
