Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We use Catchpoint to simulate typical end-user activities for our mission-critical business transactions across 30-plus markets around the world.
  • Large numbers of available points of presence locations around the world to measure from.
  • Great technical support and account management team who is focused on your success
  • Pricing could be more competitive
  • Provides some good useful initial triaging information regarding what happy path step failed for product teams to start their investigation.
The support and account teams have always shown a genuine desire to help our team. The engagement was always specific to helping address our issues and questions and less of a feeling that they want or need to sell more to us.
Our engagement did include having direct professional service with Catchpoint as we were trying to migrate over to their service from existing so it was not just a new implementation. From a test recording standpoint to get things started a web browser plug-in makes it easy to start but once you dig into the wealth of information it can be very overwhelming due to the vast amount of options available to slice and dice with.
Primary reason was the numbers of Pops available.
