Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We are a global office space and coworking company and deploy networks to service hundreds of organizations in each of our locations. In almost every location, we deploy our own IP addresses via BGP and use multiple ISPs to maintain maximum uptime. Catchpoint allows us to measure the reachability of all of these networks from many locations so we can catch and get ahead of problems, even if they're outside our hands or the hands of our providers.

I haven't had to use their support since the initial deployment, but that experience was a good one.
The rollout was smooth, and we were able to add specificity to our configuration quickly and without trouble.

It's easy to tell that Catchpoint is geared more toward businesses presenting a service to the Internet than businesses presenting it as a service. However, it's still beneficial to us. Their global reach and ability to measure changes from multiple perspectives are valuable when determining the cause and solution to an incident.
