Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We used Catchpoint to check latency from various locations around the world where our users are located. We wanted to make sure that our users have as uniform an experience as possible.

  • Contract Management (informing and ensuring users know the impending auto-renewal).
  • Improved latency for global users.
  • User retention.
  • Session lengths.
Very attentive overall.
It was easy to set up, and we quickly saw the results. The number of locations and test scenarios it provides is unmatched by other products.
