Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We utilize Catchpoint primarily for its synthetic monitoring capabilities. These capabilities have provided great insight into the user experience journey and the availability of web-based applications within our business. Catchpoint is utilized by all business app teams and our company infrastructure team members.

Catchpoint is well suited for web-based applications and endpoints. The synthetic monitoring capabilities allow for performance and availability monitoring on a great scale. The alerts generated give good insight into what has occurred and how it can be resolved. I would say catchpoint is less appropriate for monitoring mobile applications.
