Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
We use Catchpoint to monitor the health of our APIs and also for certificate expiry notifications. Catchpoint also helps us make sure the web applications are up and online for the users. It even helps us with automatic Incidents, which help us take action before any adverse impact occurs. It helps with our observability goals very well and helps us stay ahead of issues.

It was easy to setup the tool. We were able to migrate a lot of alerts from other platforms also. Overall the experience was good. It helped save a lot of time in the migration from our older in-house tools to new and more modern alerting tool. It helped in more visibility, which was better than our older tool.
Catchpoint is a cheaper and reliable solution.
