Overall Satisfaction with CEIPAL ATS

We do recruitment process outsourcing for various US companies. CEIPAL ATS is the primary source for our recruitment process. We record and manage all the candidate and the data for recruiting via CEIPAL ATS. It also helps our organization to create a database of candidates.

Pros

  • Finding candidates using boolean strings
  • Helps in keeping record of candidate from initial stage to the final placement
  • Helps in create huge internal database of candidates for the organization
  • Provides data about how well the ATS is being used by employees
  • Easy of use

    Hello Asma, Thank you for review. I would recommend to get in touch with your support manager to know how calling to candidate feature works and how you can group the candidates to submit them later for suitable job roles. Good luck!
