Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

It has an extensive database and multiple job boards for candidate searches, making it user-friendly. It identifies candidates who are 90% suitable, helping recruiters save a significant amount of time. Ceipal ATS offers many features, and the location specification filters are particularly useful for specific searches. Only essential details are included in the resume, which is more than enough to initiate contact with the candidate.

We’d spend more time testing actual workflows — like resume parsing and candidate communication — to see how each system performs in real conditions. We’d evaluate integrations with LinkedIn, job boards, and email tools more carefully to ensure seamless data flow. We’d put more focus on how the ATS scales with growth, not just current needs.
