Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We implemented Celonis for O2C 2 years ago and it has truly been transformational. We recently purchased the enterprise-wide solution and will be implementing it into P2P, AP, AR, and PM. 80%+ of our Supply Chain employees utilize the tool daily. It has streamlined our processes, alerted us to our gaps, and increased business alignment. We utilize it to track OTD, review order compliance, manage date fields, access order blocks, communicate changes to customers and leadership, track automation journey, and alert us to material availability challenges and manage material shortages.
