We are using Celonis to model the customer journeys in customer service. Key business problems concern contact centers, complaints, and revenue within customer service. Within the customer service department, Celonis is spread widely.

Pros

  • Making an x-ray of our processes possible.
  • Consulting regarding analysis and data modeling.
  • Consulting regarding value realization.

Cons

  • Changes regarding the Celonis academy are communicated too late.
  • The "studio" environment misses some features e.g. "switch analysis."
  • Celonis has reduced our contact center costs by a significant amount.
  • Celonis manages to make our OKR visible in specific processes.
By implementing Celonis in our company, we managed to make our is-processes visible and gain insights to the true cost-drivers in our contact center. This allows us to identify valuable business cases and to drive their success in monitoring through Celonis.
