Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We implemented Celonis in P2P and combined it with our CIP initiative to improve our process efficiency and foster best practice exchange between the plants. We provide support from the central core team to the business users and have fixed anchor meetings where we monitor our initiatives and set a new milestone.
- Create process transparency.
- Drill down very fast from aggregated KPIs to details.
- Basis for estimate business cases.
- From coding perspective: no global variables.
- From layout: no CD templates possible.
- From new developments: sometimes early users have to fight with too many errors.
- Positive: push continuous improvement in admin area (finance, procurement).
- Negative: for smaller companies licenses costs may too high.
Celonis was convinced with the overall package (especially pre-sales worked really good).
Celonis showed up where we still have obstacles in our process to be able to digitalize.
