Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
I am part of Accounts Payable. As we deal with the transaction process we were looking for a tool that can help us know loopholes and deviations which can streamline the process. We were also looking for certain metrics to know the health of the process and improvement opportunities. We have opted for Celonis and certainly, there are a lot of opportunities based on analytics the Celonis can provide. We are hoping that we could utilize insights that Celonis can provide to realize business value.
- Process Explore - Based on data feed from ODW Celonis can show insights on process deviation.
- Customized User Case - Customized and build dashboards that can be used in day-to-day operations.
- Business insight - Helps know leakages or loopholes in the process.
- Flexibility in modifying data ability to export reports with field selection
- Still working in progress. We are hoping in the coming days to see a lot of positive outcomes.
We have planned to use Celonis for measuring KPIs. It will enable us to view daily status and take corrective measures.
