Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis helps visualize the root-cause issues in our supply chain based upon inventory tracking. The dashboards we've created in Celonis help pinpoint the trends we are seeing for scenarios we are trying to avoid. With this information, Celonis helps us measure weekly, monthly or yearly budgets to ensure the trends go down with our resolution implementations.

- Our main issue for true ROI realization was the focus on finding $ issues, rather than the fact that Celonis provides the data access, which we didnt have before. This is an intangible ROI.
Access to our data can only be seen at a very granular level or processed by our BI team, which doesn't have the context we need. Business users need to be able to sift through our data at higher levels to identify trends. This is what Celonis provided for us.
