Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is used across our whole organization. It helps us with payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, and HR along with a host of other benefits. We have used it to address the labor costs in many of our locations.
Pros
- The ability for employees to log in and see their personal information on their own phones has been very well received.
- To see the employee and company costs of benefits is beneficial for the company and well as employees.
- The Scheduling has provided ways for savings in labor costs.
Cons
- Their support takes a long time to respond.
- Support isn't always able to answer questions.
- Takes a long time to load using Internet Explorer.
- We have seen a decrease in labor costs due to the implementation of the Labor Cost Now feature.
- Decreased the usage of paper allowing us to become closer to a paper free environment.
- This has allowed us to utilize one software for time and attendance instead of supplementing to another program.
The one platform has been instrumental in decreasing the time it takes for us to process our payroll on a biweekly basis. Less errors and typos have occurred, issues such as integration "glitches" are a thing of the past. We would not want to leave a single platform product again.
