Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Here, at The SSI Group, LLC, we use Ceridian Dayforce across the organization. It is used more thoroughly in HR, Payroll, and Finance. Dayforce has helped us to streamline our Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employee Self Service. The Performance Management module has been one that is most resourceful for us.
- Performance Management -- easy process to complete and review all associates. Can be customized to the needs of the organization.
- Dayforce is finally sun setting our pain point -- Silverlight. This has given us poor performance as the tool needed to be used with IE.
- Reporting -- Reporting has been a feature that is more difficult to use. Training helps, but it is still more difficult than most seem to be.
- Having all of the modules in one place has definitely had a positive impact.
- Using Performance Management has aided us in getting away from paper performance reviews and manual tracking.
Ceridian automatically handles changes that are made at a government level.
The single application of Dayforce has aided us in keeping all employee information in one central location. Our managers have quick access to information that they need on each of their associates. Managers also have access to the all of the resumes submitted into the Recruiting Module, so they can make selections for interviewing before even having to post the position externally.
Having all Modules in a single application without dealing with uploads has made our processing times shorter and also aided to ensure we have real time data. Everything being "under one roof" has definitely aided in the internal communications between Accounting, Payroll, and HR. It has also helped managers to ensure they have up-to-date information when they need it.
