Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for WFM, timekeeping, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance management and benefits. It is used across the whole organization and has helped us greatly in improving efficiencies.

Pros

  • Ability to see and move candidates between requisitions
  • Ability for employees to enroll in benefits with no paper required
  • Aha! portal to submit and see new ideas

Cons

  • Communication barriers with support
  • Reduced time to hire
  • Reduced paperwork
  • Easy and efficient methods for time tracking
It has been great and very valued. The extra time we have to focus on other things we didn't have time for before is a huge benefit.
Well suited for organizations that are expanding or have a multigenerational workforce who are open and willing to learn a new system and recognize the long term benefits vs. the short term challenges.
