Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use most of the modules to help streamline hiring, onboarding, and the employee experience. We did not have an onboarding or LMS platform previously. It has helped to have the LMS especially during COVID and all of us working from home. At the beginning of the year many employees did a lot of professional development and it was a fantastic resource to offer.

- Integrated learning module - currently doesn't feed to other areas.

For compliance, I am in charge of GDPR/CCPA and had asked for data management to be under the recruitment admin role and never got access to that when we implemented it.
It hasn't helped us so far.
