Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use most of the modules to help streamline hiring, onboarding, and the employee experience. We did not have an onboarding or LMS platform previously. It has helped to have the LMS especially during COVID and all of us working from home. At the beginning of the year many employees did a lot of professional development and it was a fantastic resource to offer.
  • Unified system.
  • Onboarding.
  • Support responses/times.
  • Recruitment module.
  • Integrated learning module - currently doesn't feed to other areas.
  • Significantly more inefficiencies.
  • Streamlined onboarding.
For compliance, I am in charge of GDPR/CCPA and had asked for data management to be under the recruitment admin role and never got access to that when we implemented it.
It hasn't helped us so far.
Newton (now Paycor) had a better ATS and scheduling capability, could understand with a quick glance ACTIVE candidates, where they were at in the pipeline, outlook integrated, templates, etc. The ATS through Dayforce is lightyears behind.
Well suited for an organization with hourly employees and simple processes. We have 360 reviews, a complicated compensation structure, mainly FT employees, and unique org structure so it just doesn't work optimally. Support has been terrible lately as well.
