Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Payroll, timesheets, scheduling, learning, recruiting are the main modules we use in Ceridian Dayforce. We use Ceridian Dayforce for unionized and non-unionized employees with bi-weekly pay runs.

  • Pay Policy rules need the ability to apply custom logic
  • Forms need more access to other parts of the system
  • Time savings around payroll
  • Employees can see how their pay is calculated without asking HR
  • One location for HCM and Learning
Most compliance forms are already created and in the system, making compliance much easier
Makes it easier for new employees to go to one spot for everything from vacation, schedules, compensation and learning
Having everything in one system that’s fully connected makes reporting much easier compared to having multiple systems that need to be integrated together
