Overall Satisfaction with Chargebee
The biggest advantage in direct dollar terms we have seen using Chargebee is that it has freed up some of the working capital since clients are paying relatively on time. Overall, Chargebee is helping me and my organization in managing subscriptions, billing, and invoicing. International transactions and payments are also seamless via Chargebee so scaling across geo is easy.

- Integrated with CRM systems to send quotes and manage the entire quote-to-cash value chain
- automated invoicing and prorated billing options for our clients
- onboarding process for new accounts being cumbersome at times. Chargebee could potentially streamline this process to reduce friction for new users
- there is no in-built intelligence on any kind of billing fraud or friendly frauds that happen or at least it is not visible
- the biggest impact is that it freed up some of the working capital
- it brought a systematic approach to follow up with clients on pending payments
Chargebee is much better in terms of clean intuitive product features, inbuilt analytics, and implementation support. Zoho has so many products and their focus is not their billing product. But they give free trials and you need to pay per licence only if you scale. overall, I would rate Zoho only 6/10.
