Overall Satisfaction with Chargebee

Chargebee is used in our SaaS for subscription billing, where customers can subscribe to paid plans without the hassle of manually paying all invoices. It will initiate payment for all outstanding invoices. This also helps us with churn management, which is significantly reduced due to the absence of manual intervention.

The software is good in terms of features, but has a lot of improvements to be done. Especially in the first time a user interacts with the software, it’s very clunky and hard to navigate. If the UI and UX are made better, then it would make the entire product very much better.
