Overall Satisfaction with ChatBot

We have deployed ChatBot on our website, we use it to filter our visitors based on their requirements. Sales - get routed to the sales team. Support - gets routed to the support team and visitors looking for Self help are directed to our help section. Since, we have various products, visitors / prospects looking for information regarding certain products are also directed to the relevant product page to read for more information.

Pros

  • Routing rules
  • no code workflows
  • UI/UX is excellent for a newbie to start on
  • Their Chat support is very helpful

Cons

  • I think the pricing could be a little more competitive
  • It impacts the way our lead flows into the system
  • It helps us route our leads effectively.
  • It saves us costs on human intervention during the initial visit of the prospect
Since I deployed this solution end to end for my organisation, I would speak from my experience that since I was a newbie to this platform I took ample support from their team, their training resources.
However, the product's UI/UX was simply very intuitive that it helped me to get a lot of hand-on practice on the product well.
This helped me with the timely deployment of this solution.
LiveChat is not a competitor to ChatBot, but it's their bot solution itself. I did not evaluate any other bot solutions.

If you're an organisation looking to start deploying a ChatBot solution on your website, this product solves your use case. Especially, if you haven't worked with a ChatBot solution before and have little or no prior experience. Their help videos, training section will be sufficient for you to start with the basics of deploying a ChatBot on your website. Use their templates effectively too to start off with.
