Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com
We use this as a payment and credit card merchant for our website to process credit cards and payments for purchases. This allows us to process card payments and purchases on our website efficiently. It also allows us to fraud-check customers making payments to ensure that we do not receive any fraudulent charges, providing good e-commerce.

- We have had difficulty integrating our Klarna with their system.
- The card fraudulent checks have helped reduce dropouts.
- We must still work on it, but we believe the alternative payments will help us with other markets.
This has been more of a support aspect from our account manager, who has been very informative about what payment options might be more effective for other markets. This has helped us think about plans for more localized payment options for different countries and markets and how we can potentially target these in the future.
Worldpay had many internal problems before moving from them. We found their support very lacking and even on the basic level of communicating with them about simple issues. We found significant problems with continually having to be asked the same questions, but nothing was resolved. We did see a long Delay in getting anything done with Worldpay.
