Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com
We use checkout for as our payment gate way, and we use it for monitoring the approval rate, processing the transactions, reviewing the fraud, and processing the refunds, and day to day operations tasks. The approval rate with other PSP was bad and Checkout.com has really helped us in improving it.
- Great Customer Support always approachable
- Best and advanced portal to access your payment information
- Stable gateway service, you could rely on
- Bringing other players on the portal so it would be easy to integrate with others. Like buy now and pay later.
- More knowledge sharing with merchants to understand the payment eco system to improve the approval rate.
- Multiple card payment option.
- When there is decline in the approval rate due to network breakdown, we could see a negative impact, however, it may or may not be due to Checkout.com, it would be MADA.
- Available in new market places (like Asian countries)
- We do not have much of negative impact, as of now.
Since we are in the travel business, we do have multiple transactions coming from multiple Countries. however, Checkout.com has strong knowledge of MADA, Knet and other regulatory details and process the transactions accordingly to improve the acceptance rate. This has helped us is being the regulatory rules of the local Govt.
We did use amazon payment service before, but due to not much of a support, and few other issues we may have to move to Checkout.com 5 years ago and from that time Checkout.com is working great for us. Support and technology is the 2 things which separates Checkout.com form others.
