Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com
We process CIT/MIT transactions via Checkout.com, acquiring connections globally. No business problems; we just make sure our transactions are processed with the higher auth rate possible and with good security.
- The intelligent routing system is great.
- The team is very professional.
- the antifraud tool is great.
- Reporting needs to be improved; there are only two reports available.
- Reporting needs to be upgraded with extra data and be able to download automatically.
- schemes that are supported are limited (we want all of them, international, I mean).
- The pricing is very good, basically the best we have across the world.
- The increase in approval rates (+10%) thanks to intelligent routing (although we are waiting for a few more months (May and June reports) to confirm the positive trend.
The payments playbook is something very useful. I get very fresh and up-to-date news about new regulations, new fees, etc, and as a rule, this is the 1st source I get this info from. Thus it's a very good thing you do to share such info with your merchants!
We are not using only checkout.com; however, while choosing the 2nd provider, we made a choice for Checkout.com because: a. all needed basic features available, b. good pricing, c. developing company, d. teams who ask what the merchant wants and, after that - implement what the merchant wants (that's the most important).
