Overall Satisfaction with Checkr

I use Checkr to run background checks on all of our candidates. It currenlty connects to our HRIS system, Rippling.
  • easy process to send requests to candidate & run background checks
  • background packages are fairly comprehensive
  • friendly customer service
  • the ability to run bulk background checks (especially helpful for staff agencies!)
  • connects seamlessly to our hiring system
  • website interface is a little outdated
  • no live chat feature
  • extensive clearance process just to run credit checks (requires tour of office)
  • Bulk hiring candidates
  • Quick notification of results
  • The ability to create packages based on clients' needs
  • Clear display of results in summary report
  • Due to its ability to run background checks on 75+ candidates at a time, we are able to have a faster turnaround for our clients as a result

As a staffing agency, we often have a sizeable amount of candidates (25-75) starting on an assignment at one time. Checkr has the ability to run background checks for those candidates in bulk, which is a huge timesaver for us! This was the main reason we switched over. It's also great that our hiring system (Rippling) connects seamlessly to Checkr, if we are hiring a one-off candidate.
