Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai
Chorus records all the sales calls and CSM calls. It is being used to improve the quality of the calls we are having with our clients
Pros
- It's a simple interface.
- It does what it is supposed to do.
Cons
- Weak call analytics
- Poor AI for call analysis
- Poor search functionality when trying to search comments on calls
- Reduced ramp time
- Playlists is useful
- Score cards are useful
