Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

Chorus.ai is being used by our SDRs and AEs currently. We use it to review calls and notes on our own and call coaching. It's been invaluable for a variety of reasons, but the transparency between our SDR and AE team has improved significantly. We can identify what goes into a successful call, and others can take that method and apply it to their sales process.

We currently use SalesLoft, but we don't use the conversation intelligence aspect that they offer. We found that it was not effective. Gong.io's pricing was high, and they treated us pretty poorly in the sales process due to the size of our company. In comparison, it was a pleasure to walk through the sales process with Chorus.ai, and the product has done so much more than SalesLoft is capable of doing.
We love the playlist feature, especially for onboarding, and that we're able to set up our own categories to pick up on keywords. The chat function is excellent as you can tag new employees in this area, and it gives them quick access to a good call. Our supervisor and team members also provide feedback in this way. Chorus has had nothing but a positive impact on our overall sales team. From outbound to the sales process, we've been able to identify what is successful and integrate it into everyone's process.
Chorus.ai has been well suited for both our SDR and AE teams. It's allowed us to create a more cohesive sales process and focus on the consultation aspect our sales process requires. My only negative comment would be that it wasn't easy to get buy-in from all team members, as some were very set in their ways and did not want to adopt a new product. They eventually came on board, but it was a challenge. Now, everyone loves it and utilizes it. Our sales process has significantly improved since we started using Chorus.ai.
